New to 2015 - Triathlon Camp
Intorducing our new Triathlon Summer Camp. This camp offers an intorduction to triathlon for compitive summers who are looking for something different in off season. The camp will fous on triathlon specific swimming - sighting and distance, safety and skills for biking and triathlon specific running workouts. We will also teach aspiring triathletes to transition fast and learn proper nutrion for racing and training.
This camp is opened for athletes over 12 years of old. Athlete must be able to bike adaquately.

2. July 20 - 24, 2015
3. July 27 - 31, 2015
weeks are limited to 12 athletes
What to Bring
Cap, googles, swimsuite, bike, shoes, halmet, running clothes, running shoes, water bottle, snack, sunscreen, towel
*bikes only needed Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Bikes are safely left on the pool deck during the swim and then will be stored at a supervized transition zones.
Camp hours: 7:30- 11:30am

Typical Bike Day Schedule
8-9:30 Swim - pool swim with potential open water swim temperature dependant.
9:30- 10:45 Bike - group ride along the martin goodman trail
10:45-11:15 Run off the bike - boardwalk run
11:15-11:30 - Stretch and debrief.
